农历新年,对所有华人而言,是个极为重要的日子。每个家庭,也都有它的庆祝“传统”。
对于我家而言,每逢过春节,都不可缺少我父亲的萝卜糕。我父亲做的萝卜糕特别柔软,特别香,也特别有味道;外面卖的萝卜糕,相比之下,逊色不少。我父亲几十年的功力,真的不是乱盖的。这也是我出外用餐时很少吃萝卜糕的原因。
