什么是累?
You know when you are tired when:
– things always slip out of mind.
– 力不从心 is a feeling that you keep having.
– there is an increased tendency to interpret the wrong things.
– the number of words used to explain/describe reduce and there is a tendency to explain lesser and lesser.
– the thought of hibernating somewhere keeps appearing in your mind.
– energy is on a low and there are some things which you can’t be bothered with.
– nothing seems to go right.
– inspiration and ideas just don’t come.
– self-control is loosened and you do things that are uncharacteristic of you.
– some things, that are highly appealing in the past, seem to lose their attractiveness and you do not enjoy some supposedly enjoyable activities.
– you just want to complete some tasks asap.
– you do not think as much.
– you can’t really think properly and organise your thoughts.
– you go into a routine, operation mode.
– you didn’t do things that you have thought about doing.
