每个人都在看戏。

Few of my colleagues went to a basic finance course organized by my workplace last week. The course was meant to introduce basic finance to those without finance background, but have enrolled in advanced finance courses organised by MAS and WDA. According to one of my colleagues, during the lecture, the lecturer, who is a NUS prof, commented that he could not believe that anyone was working on such a project. He said that he tried to keep a straight face when the director (or deputy director) was introducing the project to him, as he wanted to laugh out loud but felt it would be very impolite to the other party who was really serious about it.

Oh well.. What am I doing in this big circus?
